Hannah Su Hepler, MA
Director of Career Development

☏ 412-365-1524Hannah Su Hepler serves as the Director of Career Development at Chatham University, where she leads a team dedicated to empowering students and alumni to build confidence, explore their unique strengths, and make thoughtful, informed decisions about their careers and life paths. Her office is located in Braun Hall 201. Hannah brings extensive experience in higher education and counseling to her role, overseeing all facets of the office’s operations and providing intentional supervision to the student employees. Hannah provides individualized career consultations for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, guiding them through every stage of their career journey.
Hannah holds a BA in Psychology and Creative Writing from Point Park University and an MA in Student Affairs in Higher Education: College Counseling from Slippery Rock University. She is deeply committed to amplifying student voices, fostering self-advocacy, and adapting strategies to support students’ evolving goals and successes. Outside of her professional role, Hannah enjoys going to Fuku Tea and playing Pokémon.

Josh Zeigler, MA
Assistant Director of Employer Relations

☏ 412-365-1593Joshua Zeigler serves the Assistant Director for Employer Relations. He office is located in Braun Hall 205. Josh holds a variety of experiences in industries ranging from food service to education, most recently serving as a Career Coach at Slippery Rock University. He is responsible for cultivating and maintaining the University’s relationships with employers from within and beyond the Pittsburgh region. He additionally meets with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, through one-on-one client-guided career consultations; and works with Hannah to strengthen partnerships across campus.
Josh is a double alumnus of Slippery Rock University holding a B.M. in Music Education, as well as a M.A. in Student Affairs in Higher Education. His philosophy emphasizes puts students in the driver’s seat, providing them the encouragement, tools, and knowledge needed to author their own stories. He believes in the importance of embracing the uncomfortable, or “hugging the cactus,” in finding success and joy in life. Outside of work he can be found at the greenhouse, buying plants he doesn’t have room for.

Grace Conde, BA
Assistant Director of Experiential Learning

☏ 412-365-1280Grace Marie Conde is the Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at Chatham University. Her office is located in Braun Hall 203. She oversees the university’s internship program, connecting students with learning experiences that prepare them for their careers. She provides guidance on navigating internships and the application process, helping students gain valuable professional experience.
Grace earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont with proficiency in Russian and French. She also completed intensive immersion programs at Middlebury College. With a background in instruction, Grace has worked in various teaching and coaching roles which informs her student-centered approach to develop the confidence, adaptability, and professional skills necessary for success.
